She really wants to go visit the seaside, but it is cold and hard to move; to be fair, she would probably be disappointed by the icy ocean spray, too similar to the chill of the forest that effectively keeps her imprisoned here... that and her own cowardice. This is all the pup knows.
The Snow Faerie has visited a few times, perhaps she can explain why Ruinth can't leave, or finds herself so reluctant to, in any case. Some good samaritans have brought Ruinth a few items such as scarves or hats, and the vines clinging to her seem to naturally take the shape of (non-flightable) wings.
Through the seasons, she waits, though it is always winter here.

Autistic gelert who jumped at the chance to escape from reality and got hired by [REDACTED] to test various simulated environments. She doesn't really have much of an identity, but is a powerful fighter in virtual reality simulations, if a bit on the weak side in real life.

They probably aren't a Xandra sympathizer... they just, y'know, read a lot about the history of Faeries' effects on Neopia. The existence of pre-planned "Plot Events". They worry, a lot. It's their job to find history. Find, like it's been hidden...

Signal Hunters
Haven't you wondered about all this new so-called Neopian technology? Smartphone wha?
It's the Signal Hunters' goal to figure out why such a wave of innovation is emerging all of a sudden, as well as follow traces of other mysteries within Neopia. Some may have other motives, of course.
(A play on the fact that more modern technology items from our world are emerging as items in Neopia)

VERY loosely inspired by the Guild Navigators in Dune.
Technically cannot exist physically outside her containment tank in an undisclosed location, but can appear as a hologram through her psychic abilities.
