Jo/Spiral - LoV Ver. - Self Ship with Tomura Shigaraki

Yes Please: Implications of (positive, SFW) interaction with Tomura; playing video games and getting competitive, on her own or with others; if you have a gamer character that could reasonably fit in the BNHA universe (i.e. human/humanoid, even if not officially a BNHA OC), including them is fine! Arguing with Tomura/other gamers about video games is also fine! Looking grouchy or moody, ranting about video games, action poses with the braids (can imply a battle but Jo would not feel great about actively killing/maiming someone at this current point, she would defs defend herself if needed tho), being intimidated by Tomura/other LoV members or just nervous about the whole villain thing in general. Maybe a rare smirk/smugness when she wins a game or is trying to appear confident, facade or otherwise. She would rarely dare outright taunt Tomura (re: gaming, only, and falls under Ask First) but there are definitely times where she would be tempted.

Ask First: NSFW, wounds/injury. Jo looking enthusiastic about something other than a video game. Anything actually romantic/affectionate or similar implied with Tomura (them being in denial about liking each other is fine! I'm just not sure about how they'd express it/if either would be comfortable with such). Toga or other characters pointing out anything shippy/romantic between Jo/Tomura. Tomura being seriously irritated towards her in a more tempted-to-actually-kill-her-for-gloating-etc sense; he can be annoyed with her but usually it does not go that far… it could, though. In general, intent to harm or kill from any character.

Please Don't: In general anything involving the Overhaul arc and beyond, this version of the character mainly exists in the part of the series before all that. Gore, shipping with anyone other than Tomura. PLEASE AVOID SPOILERS PAST S7E8 OF THE ANIME- I'm still not quite caught up and I haven't read the manga yet!

Jo/Spiral - Hero Ver. - Self Ship with Yandere!Dabi

Please Do: Battle scenes w/ Jo overwhelmed and exhausted(tho she would try not to show it), worn down, desperate to survive or just highly focused but either way trying to hide her stress with stubbornness/cool professionalism, or pissed off at his taunts/playing with her, but still fighting. Drawing her with Dabi or on her own with all this implied in a PoV sense, or just her losing, cornered, and scared of him but still trying not to show it (bluffing is definitely a thing she would do even if she's scared as hell, but it takes a bit to get to the point where she will actually show emotion over it). It's ok to just imply the presence of Dabi with hints of blue fire or POV stuff. Interaction with Dabi involving intimidation/threats/him sort-of-flirting, Jo looking determined, implied danger in general, using her braids to fight or move herself. Dabi just showing up to intimidate/threaten/pick fights with her outside of or before it becomes a battle. Jo is tired AF and wants this asshole to stop stalking her. Interactions with Endeavor as her superior who sort of disapproves of her because for some reason she appears to be a Dabi-magnet, and anything with Dabi involved means a LOT of collateral damage. Feel free to imply said collateral damage.

On the other hand, more positive stuff from her pre-hero days (see picrew ref) or relaxing on her own on the rare occasion she actually gets to relax, might be a palate cleanser I guess! ^w^ She isn't always moody, and she actually does have a sense of humor when actually getting a break from her stresses, which unfortunately for her doesn't happen often these days.

One other idea is her quirk having been disabled and she's tied up with her own braids (and scared, or furious), that could be fun c: Feel free to involve (temporary) anti quirk bullets for this, but I'd prefer Overhaul/the Shie Hassaikai are not directly involved.

Also, fluffy stuff re: Dabi is an option if you just wanna ignore the yandere backstory stuff and make it cute, I would like that too, I don't mind! Action shots are also fine. You can also draw her younger self (Past self, see ref, around 16-18, NOT SHIPPED WITH DABI) being dorky.

Ask First: More graphic wounds (small hints of burns and scuffs and scratches along the level of what is shown in the anime in some fight scenes are OK w/o asking tho!), more realistic end or detailed closeups of burn wounds (I feel more comfortable with cartoon and stylized depictions of these). Actual sexual NSFW stuff (feel free to ask for details of what might work, since I do have stuff in mind, including noncon and dubcon as well as other BDSM sort of stuff), more creepy yandere sadism and burn wounds/torture or her kidnapped, bound and trapped (caged? c: ). Or maybe in bondage-type situations sexually, kept as Dabi's pet hero and hating it the whole time (or secretly liking it? Mind break is absolutely a possibility here-).

Jo actually breaking down and crying or otherwise getting incredibly overwhelmed by her circumstances. She will break at some point, this is basically a given.

Inclusion of OCs as hero colleagues or enemies in interactions- I'm pretty open with this but keep in mind Jo's focus is on dealing with Dabi and he's sort of become her whole life at this point, so making connections has fallen on the backburner for now. I may consider non BNHA but still hero-themed AUs, but her focus really is on Dabi so idk.

Maybe her getting the upper hand for once and (non-fatally..?) choking Dabi with her braids or something-

Please Don't: Interactions with other canon characters besides: [Dabi/Endeavor/other pro heroes or sidekicks/the League of Villains pre-Deika City fight]. Anything to do with All For One or the Liberation Army/PLF stuff, since I'm not sure how that would go with her involved plotwise, but feel free to ask about it to brainstorm ideas if you want!

Loose Cannon! Jo - Self Ship w/ Hawks

Yes Please: Fight scenes, action shots, her taunting Hawks or another hero (can be offscreen) while laughing her head off/acting confident. Can draw her covered in blood or otherwise cut up a bit but nothing too graphic. Can draw her cornered but she will absolutely try to fight her way out of it rather than give in. Feel free to draw her with Crazy Eyes(TM) or just being happy in the moment, having fun, etc. If including Hawks he can be concerned, hostile, just like "WTF" or whatever, but keep in mind she is fast enough with her braids to hold her own against his feathers, often slicing them in half in midair.

Ask First: Interactions with other BNHA villains, characters besides heroes. Physical wounds more severe than non detailed cuts or lacerations. Jo not having the upper hand in a fight or at least false confidence. Jo being perturbed, upset. These things can happen just not often and under very specific circumstances. Please ask if you want to explore her past or her mental issues beyond her being gung-ho about fighting/not caring if she dies. It's a bit complex and while I haven't fully thought it out yet, I am happy to brainstorm if needed! NSFW/sex stuff is Ask First, but I'm most likely to decline with this character. Written attacks, but will probably decline with this version of the character.

Please Don't: Actual deliberate self harm or suicide. Depicting actual death of any character.

Dubious Morality Jo - Self Ship w/ Hawks

Yes Please: SFW interactions with Hawks, tender moments, Jo being protective. Jo confronting Dabi. Jo being stubborn. Jo doing research and needing another coffee. Jo and Hawks cuddling together. Jo in the presence of Hawks's feathers even if he's not directly visble.

Ask First: Interactions with other villains or villain OCs, hero OCs (particularly corrupt ones), Dabi attacking Jo outright as opposed to being threatening towards her or Hawks. Jo being manipulative to Hawks in more overt ways than just showing support. Fight scenes. NSFW with Dabi or Hawks… or both… NSFW with other characters possible but it depends. Noncon or dubcon NSFW with Dabi or Hawks. Jo tending Hawks's wounds.

Please Don't: Anyone actually dying or actively being burned.

PLF Member! Jo - Self Ship w/ Dabi

Yes Please: Jo being bossed around/intimidated by Dabi (a bit of fire can be involved, as a treat c: ), Jo doing paperwork or some other thankless task and being pissed off about it, quirk training with her braids and anyone else from Brown regiment (or Violet, if Dabi assigns someone to watch her or something, even though she's in Brown), Jo looking tired AF and barely awake/on her feet, interactions with pretty much any PLF member as of BNHA Season 5 or thereabouts.

Ask First: NSFW, more NSFW-ish awkward moments (typically orchestrated by Dabi, often involving an embarrassed Skeptic, or even worse, Hawks, if anyone else at all), Dabi being a creep in a more sexual way, anyone actually getting physically hurt/injured. Interactions with Hawks that are more complicated than just passing by(or him surreptitiously watching her with Dabi, out of concern or a What's He Planning or something else along those lines). Skeptic exploding at her over an unwitting delivery of a glitter bomb envelope from Dabi or something, idk.

Please Don't: Dabi actively trying to kill Jo as opposed to just. Putting her in situations (she can believe he is going to kill her though, especially if she screws up! she believes it a lot!!) or threatening her with fire a lil. Anything during or after the battle at the Gunga Mountain Villa. Anything involving Shigaraki, other than passing meetings; Shigaraki is probably unaware that she exists except possibly as a "NPC" or similarly unimportant figure that Dabi likes to mess with for some reason.

Conflicted Villain! Jo - Self Ship w/ Hawks

Yes Please: Jo and Hawks swapping intel, wounded Hawks needs help from Jo, Jo flirting with Hawks as a joke, though given her circumstances and outlook she wouldn't be serious about it and would just feel awkward thinking of it after the fact. Hawks flirting with Jo, possibly serious or possibly not. Dabi being sus of her behavior a little but not actually finding anything wrong yet, just watching her. Jo doing typical villain-y stuff that doesn't involve anyone getting graphically injured.

Ask First: Jo actually murdering Hawks or letting him die (bad ending). Hawks capturing her or vouching for her after the LoV are defeated somehow (also bad ending, she wouldn't accept it even from him, she's not a fucking traitor). The rare cases where she has to harm people for serious but finds herself not entirely willing to kill them, just out of hesitation about what Hawks would think- she usually responds by vehemently forcing herself to do it anyway and feels miserable afterward and doesn't understand why; this might make her more dangerous than if she didn't care for the damn hero's feelings at all, ironically. But it's pretty dark so please ask about it first. Serious violence in general, which can happen without doubt, it often does, actually- just sometimes on rare occasions she has feelings about it as described above and it throws her off. Dabi finding out about her and Hawks's interactions, how this goes varies depending on if you want to include DabiHawks or not. Jo being wounded and needing Hawks's help, particularly when it risks exposure.

Please Don't: Shigaraki finding out about Jo and Hawks. Pretty much anyone finding out other than Dabi. Hawks betraying her to the HPSC voluntarily or by accident in situations aside from the HPSC/heroes' actions against the entire LoV in general.

Scared-of-heights!Hero!Jo - Self Ship w/ Villain!Hawks

Please Do: "Cutesy" art of Hawks taking Jo flying with him… she's scared shitless, so cutesy from Hawks's point of view I guess. Hawks teasing Jo by threatening/pretending to drop her. General stuff like that.

Ask First: NSFW, not likely for this character though. Interaction with other characters (also not likely, unless your character is basically in the same role Hawks is: tormenting this Jo with her fear of heights.)

Please Don't: Hawks (or anyone) actually dropping Jo to her death. Hawks portrayed more creep-like as opposed to a lighthearted guy having fun who just happens to be mean about it sometimes.

Aimless!Jo - Self Ship w/ Dabi & Hawks

Please Do: Jo being emotional and a wreck, SFW interactions w/ Dabi or Hawks (flirting, arguing, holding each other), Jo being wild and reckless, Jo flirting w/ Dabi or arguing with Hawks. Jo in unsafe situations such as on her own in a dark alley. Jo being held by Dabi while she cries.

Ask First: NSFW with Hawks or Dabi. Hawks and Dabi actually interacting with each other in relation to Jo. Imminent danger of burning/Dabi hurting her. Dabi going out of his way to be cruel to her (it happens!). OC interaction. NSFW/flirting with anyone besides Hawks or Dabi (she might throw herself at someone else if Dabi and Hawks don't satisfy her tumultuous emotions, but it depends). Obvious jealousy on the part of Hawks or Dabi.

Please Don't: Gore, excessive fluffy PDA from Dabi- he doesn't really care enough about her for that and it's not his thing. Just holding her is fine, but he's not sweet about it. Anything too cutesey with Hawks either, their relationship is more toxic/one-sided-codependent right now.

Civillain! Jo - Self Ship w/ Dabi

Yes Please: SFW(in the non-sexual sense) interactions with Dabi, especially with Jo scared and trying not to show it or being stubborn as hell and daring to argue with/stand up to him! (this does irritate him at first until he realizes her braids are shaking c: ) Imminent danger of being burned by his fire is also great, but I would prefer if it wasn't imminent danger of like. actual death (though Jo doesn't have to know that)… Dabi likes to play with her fear lol but at the moment she's too cute entertaining to kill. Kidnapping or implications of such are fine tho, as are hostage situations! Her braids can be on fire a lil too c: Dabi pre-Dabi's Dance (so, before the white hair basically) preferred for interactions with this character. Feel free to change her outfits, on the ref I just put something simple and she mainly sticks to casual, comfortable clothing in blues and browns.

Ask First: NSFW interactions with Dabi, I would love noncon stuff especially involving fear kink/threats/danger but I don't wanna be surprised by it so please ask first!! I might be ok with NSFW of similar type with other villains or villain OCs, this character is basically made to get into trouble lol. Whump is definitely great but most themes (esp. those including actual wounds like being burned by Dabi's flames in a more damaging way) are Ask First because sometimes things can be a bit too dark for me but I'm happy to discuss!!

Please Don't: Actual graphic gore, burn wounds that are particularly disfiguring (on Jo, Dabi already has those and that's fine).

Innocent child!Jo - NO SHIP, mainly for funsies and silly lil interactions

Yes Please: Cuteness, Child!Jo having SFW, lighthearted interactions with various BNHA characters (including villains! They can be taken aback by her audacity lol. Does not have to be canon). Drawing her stimming with her braids, or otherwise emoting by wriggling the ends that split into three. Having her infodump at someone about quirks, or learning about quirks. Feel free to draw her in more outfits than the examples in the ref, though keep in mind the styles she tends to prefer: not exactly tomboyish, she will wear long raincoats and winter coats with mittens and occasionally bows in her braids for formal occasions, but otherwise she likes clothing she can move in.

SFW interactions with your OCs in the BNHA universe are welcome!

Ask First: Putting her in actual imminent danger (such as Tomura Shigaraki reaching for her). Generally I'm okay with this to a certain extent (such as Shigaraki reacting WTF and doing the above) but I don't want to make things too grimdark so I'd like some warning. Grimdark stuff in general is likely a no, but if you have an idea that works with the character you can suggest it- I will probably decline, but dark humor can be funny so we'll see!

Please Don't: Emphasis on autistic traits other than infodumping/stimming with her braids- she is somewhat neurodivergent but I don't put too much focus on it other than the stimming and infodumping. Please don't draw anything NSFW or suggestive with this version of the character (the "why are you so hot" hypothetical comment towards Dabi is the ONLY exception to this, and it is meant *literally as spoken* with no suggestive intent; others- including Dabi- may react with surprise though, but should not have inappropriate thoughts toward her due to said surprise- she is only referring to the heat given off by his body from his quirk, and I thought it made a good joke). She absolutely talks to strangers, but nothing untoward should happen to her because of it!

Injury or actual character death is also a no-go for this version.

Obsessive! Jo - Self Ship w/ Dabi

Yes Please: Jo being a stalker and Dabi being kind of whatever about it, or maybe a little pissed off. Anywhere from Jo seeing Dabi fight for the first time to Jo being established in the LoV and following Dabi around whether in a battle or just because. Dabi finding her interesting to play with.

Ask First: Dabi being more violent towards her. Though, she can take it, to some extent. Dabi actually killing her or showing intent to kill or maim her. The other LoV being maybe a bit weirded out by her? Other LoV member stuff in general, though the idea of her interacting with Toga has potential. Jo being sad and lonely or whatever(possible reasons for the stalking thing c: ).

Please Don't: Jo keeping things like candid photos of Dabi or locks of his hair or shit like that, she's not that level of creepy. News articles and such are fine though. NSFW/sexytimes, since it would be difficult for Dabi to be comfortable with it in this case and I don't feel like writing that kind of toxic for her rn.

Villain Rehab AU! Jo - Self Ship w/ Hawks

Yes Please: Interactions with Hawks, Jo being snarky, Jo secretly having a heart of gold (DEEP DEEP DOWN) but also wanting to have fun and her idea of fun is… a bit mean-spirited and reckless with others' safety and well-being. Jo doing errands/cleaning/community service type stuff. Jo being surprisingly good with kids, if safety isn't entirely a concern.

Ask First: Hawks taking her flying or other soft things like that. Jo and Hawks actually seriously fighting each other or arguing more angrily. Interactions with other Pro Heroes or hero students. Jo snarking at protestors or other angry civilians and getting yelled at back and not liking it (it hurts, a little). Joke interactions with other villain characters (OC or canon) also in the rehab program. Possibly things getting a lil steamy with Hawks.

Please Don't: Jo murdering or knowingly injuring someone. Accidents can be fine though she'd be pretty torn up about it so those fall under Ask First.

Reluctant Villain! Jo - Self Ship w/ Hawks

Yes Please: Jo with her Comms Disruptor, Jo BS-ing and getting in trouble with someone for it, interactions with members of the LoV or other villainous figures. In general Jo showing signs of stress for being In Too Deep With No Way Out. Or, Jo masking, playing the part of the villain. Interactions with Pro Heroes where Jo acts like a competent villain (though secretly she is scared shitless).

Ask First: Interactions with Hawks (ironically enough). Interactions, somehow, with All For One.
